Information you give us

We only store personal details you type in yourself: your name, phone number, optional email address, the product you are asking about, quantity and your message. We ask for your consent before saving an enquiry, and we use those details only to reply to you about that enquiry and your orders.

Advertising and campaign information

When you reach this website from a Facebook or Instagram advert, the link carries campaign tags (such as utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign and a Facebook click identifier). We store those tags, the page you landed on and the site you came from so we know which advert brought you here. We also use the Meta Pixel and the Meta Conversions API to measure advert performance.

We never receive or store your private Facebook or Instagram profile information just because you clicked an advert. Website activity we record (page views, product views, chat and button clicks) is stored against an anonymous visitor identifier, not your name.

Messaging apps

The WhatsApp and Facebook Messenger buttons open those apps in a new tab. Conversations you have there are governed by WhatsApp’s and Meta’s own privacy policies.

How your information is protected

Enquiries and customer records are stored in a secured database. Only authenticated GKHEETY ENTERPRISE store owners can view them; customer phone numbers, emails and messages are never displayed publicly on the website.
